Orders & Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets through our secure Razorpay payment gateway. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the piece enters our packaging process. Contact us immediately at hello@sanjaniboutique.com if you need changes.
Currently, we only accept prepaid orders to ensure the security and authenticity of each transaction. This also helps us maintain competitive pricing without adding COD handling charges.
Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order details and we'll resend the confirmation. You can also check your order status in the My Account section.
Sizing & Fit
Each product page has a Size Guide button with detailed measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart. When in doubt, our Custom Fit option allows you to provide exact measurements for a tailored fit.
Custom Fit lets you provide your exact body measurements instead of choosing a standard size. We then tailor the piece to your specifications. This is available for sarees (blouse), lehengas, and kurtis. There's no extra charge for Custom Fit.
Yes, all our sarees come with an unstitched blouse piece (0.8m). You can use our Custom Fit option to provide blouse measurements, or get it stitched locally.
We recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit. You can always use our Custom Fit option for a perfect fit, or contact us for personalised sizing advice.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across India. International shipping is available at additional cost — contact us for a quote.
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days for metros and 7-10 business days for other locations. Custom Fit orders may take an additional 3-5 days for tailoring.
Yes, we ship to select countries. International orders typically take 10-15 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact us at hello@sanjaniboutique.com for international shipping queries.
Yes, once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track it from the My Account section on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom Fit orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Yes, exchanges for different sizes are free of charge (subject to availability). Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Email us at returns@sanjaniboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
Product Care
Dry clean only for the first few times. Store in a muslin cloth (never in plastic) in a cool, dry place. Refold periodically to prevent permanent crease lines. Air out in shade occasionally.
Yes, most cotton kurtis can be hand-washed in cold water. Use a mild detergent, don't wring, and air dry in shade. Block-printed items may bleed slightly on first wash — this is normal.
Store flat in a breathable garment bag. Never hang heavy lehengas as this can stretch the fabric. Place acid-free tissue paper between folds to prevent embroidery from snagging.
About Our Drops
A Drop is a curated, limited-edition collection built around a theme, craft tradition, or region. Each piece is made in limited quantities by master artisans. When a Drop sells out, those exact pieces are gone forever.
No. Once a Drop sells out, those pieces won't be restocked. This isn't artificial scarcity — it's the reality of handmade. Each piece takes days or weeks to create. Follow us on Instagram to be notified of new drops.
