Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,999
  • Flat rate of ₹149 for orders below ₹2,999
  • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Express delivery: 2–3 business days (available at checkout for select pin codes)
  • We ship across all states and union territories in India

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand to select countries in the future. Please check back or follow our social media for updates.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Sale items and items from limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been altered, worn, or washed
  • Items without original tags and packaging
  • Items from limited-edition drops (marked as final sale)
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@sanjaniboutique.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size or variant is unavailable, we will process a full refund instead.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
